FLORIDA BUILDING CODE FACTS

The principal uniform state construction standard in Florida appeared in 2002. It was written in 2001 because of the Florida Legislation reacting to the requirement for all the more firm and managed construction laws after hurricane Andrew. They are checked every 3 years to reflect the most current version of the International Codes. Building codes vary from state to state but, each town or area has their own requirements. This happens on the grounds that the first Florida Building Code, alongside each resulting version, considers every town or area to require more prominent than those base guidelines, yet doesn’t take into consideration less.
